How accurate is RallyFlow?
In internal testing, RallyFlow v1 (beta) detects rally segments with 90%+ accuracy on typical recreational match recordings. Since this is still beta, some unusual conditions might confuse our app. We’re targeting a significant accuracy boost in RallyFlow v2.
How long does processing take?
A typical expectation is 20–25 minutes to process a 60-minute video. If the server is busy, it can take longer. We’re actively expanding capacity and RallyFlow v2 is planned to be significantly faster.
What camera angles work best?
Right now, RallyFlow works best with a longitudinal full-court view (baseline-to-baseline) where the whole court is visible and the camera is stable. We provide a filming guide on the How It Works page. Expect more flexibility in RallyFlow v2.
Does it support singles and doubles?
Yes. Both singles and doubles are supported.
How long does my video stay on RallyFlow’s servers?
Your uploaded and processed videos stay on our server for 30 days.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime.
